Hi Antigravity Community & Support Team,
I am posting here to seek community guidance and hopefully an escalation to the engineering team regarding my suspended Antigravity access.
Below are the details of my account and the issue:
- Product: Google Antigravity / Gemini Code Assist
- Error Message: 403 — “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service”
- Affected Account: ai**********@gmail.com
- Subscription: Google One AI Premium (Active & Paid)
- Region: China
- Appeal Email Sent To: gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.com
- Date Email Sent: September 22, 2026
What Happened:
My Antigravity and Gemini Code Assist access was suddenly suspended without prior warning. I did not receive any email notification explaining which specific Terms of Service (ToS) rule was violated.
My Usage Context:
I am a software developer and I use Antigravity exclusively through the official IDE extension for my personal development work—primarily writing code, debugging, and learning. I want to clarify that I have not knowingly used any unauthorized third-party tools, scrapers, or wrappers (such as OpenClaw) to exploit or abuse the Antigravity OAuth credentials.
Actions Taken So Far:
- Submitted a formal appeal via email to
gemini-code-assist-user-feedback@google.comon September 22, 2026. - Posting on this forum to seek visibility as I have not received a resolution yet.
Request:
Could a community manager, product expert, or Google engineer please help escalate this case for a manual review? I am a legitimate, paying subscriber and heavily rely on this service for my daily coding workflow.
Thank you very much for your time, help, and guidance.
Best regards,
