Appeal for Account Restoration - API Access Disabled (ToS Violation)

Dear Google Support Team,

I am writing to sincerely appeal for the restoration of my Google account’s access to the Generative Language API. I recently encountered a “403: Service Disabled” error while using the Gemini CLI.

After reviewing the Terms of Service and community discussions, I realize that my use of a third-party tool (OpenClaw) to manage API requests likely triggered this restriction. I was unaware that integrating this tool with official OAuth credentials violated service policies. It was never my intention to bypass quotas or abuse the service.

To rectify this, I have taken the following actions:

  • Uninstalled all third-party AI plugins and proxy-related CLI tools.

  • Revoked all unauthorized OAuth permissions from my Google Account security settings.

  • Cleared all local authentication caches and credential files.

I am committed to using only official Google tools moving forward. I kindly request a manual review to reinstate my developer access.
