Hello Google Support Team and Community Managers,
My Google AI Studio application access was suddenly suspended with the error: “App suspended for abuse. This app has been suspended for violation of our policies.”
This is an automated false-positive restriction. I am a free-tier developer utilizing AI Studio entirely for legitimate text-editing work—specifically modifying raw HTML, CSS, and JavaScript structures for a custom Blogspot theme and writing tutorial documentation. I do not run automated scripts, high-volume API requests, or active preview environments within the tool. The application does not intentionally contain or provide any malicious, abusive, fraudulent, phishing, spam, or harmful activities.I would also like to note that I have not received an email clarifying the specific violation.
Over the past 5 days, I routinely experienced recurring “Internal Error” alerts inside the console interface. Each time, I clicked the native “Fix” button, waited for the automated backend recovery to conclude, and received the “successfully resolved” message. Yesterday, this occurred again. I clicked “Fix” as usual, stepped away from the console to focus on other local work, and returned to find this strict policy suspension screen.
My independent R&D projects remain fully functional and visible on my dashboard, which further confirms that this block is an isolated automated glitch caught in a backend server repair loop.
I have already submitted an internal report via the dashboard’s feedback channel, but I am posting here to request a manual review. If a Community Manager or moderator can escalate my account logs from the past 5 days to the engineering team, I would deeply appreciate the assistance.
Thank you for your time.
