Hi, our org has already spent $400 in the past week alone and desperately need to be upgraded from the very limiting tier 1 (10k requests per day) to hopefully tier 3.
we’ve made multiple requests on the form, with no response.
our org wants to use gemini as part of our data processing strategy and will make frequent requests as new data comes in. but for now we need to process 300k rows to transform the data first before we build out our automated data pipeline.
is there someone here that can help expedite the process? the engineering team is considering going with a different ai vendor if gemini does not come through soon
