Antigravity subscription/purchase ineligible on every Google account despite correct Play country

I’m unable to subscribe to Google Antigravity regardless of which Google account I use.

The error says:
“Your purchase couldn’t be completed. Please update your Play account settings so that the selected Play country matches your country of residence.”

But the country and my residence should be eligible and my account is definitely 18+ I’ve have been trying some common troubleshoot here for 3 days now. 9/16/26 is the last time I see that one of my account are eligible but now even that one particular account is label now also as ineligible.

I have also tested multiple Google accounts, but the same issue occurs. This makes it unlikely that the problem is isolated to a single account.

Troubleshooting already attempted:

  • Checked Google Play country/region
  • Confirmed it is set to Philippines
  • Tried multiple Google accounts
  • Tried different browsers
  • Cleared browser cookies/history
  • Retested after troubleshooting
  • Attempted the subscription again

At this point, I’m looking for help determining whether this is a Google Play billing/account-side issue, an Antigravity eligibility issue, or a broader Google services problem.

Is there any account-side check that can be performed, or a specific Google support channel that can escalate this?

Hi @Kotatsu_Ryugen ,

The Philippines is officially supported, so the issue isn’t Antigravity—it’s Google Play Billing blocking the checkout.

Changing the Play Store country alone usually isn’t enough because Play billing checks your underlying legal payment profile and bank card. Here’s what to check:

  1. Go to payments.google.com > Settings and ensure your active Payments Profile is explicitly set to Philippines with a local billing address.
  2. The credit/debit card must be issued by a domestic Philippine bank. Virtual or foreign cards will trigger this residency block.
  3. Check policies.google.com/terms while logged in to confirm your Google account is legally registered to the Philippines.
  4. Disable VPNs / Private Relay: Make sure no IP masking is on during checkout.

If your Payments Profile, local card, and account country all match the Philippines and it still fails, contact Google Play Help or Google One Support to have them clear the billing hold on your payment profile.
