Antigravity account eligibility issue: US family member account ineligible, another family account works on same device/network

Hi Antigravity team,

I am unable to sign in to Google Antigravity with one specific Google account.

The error message says:

“Sorry, this account is ineligible to use Antigravity. Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity, because it is not currently available in your location.”

This appears to be an account-level eligibility or country association issue, not a device, network, payment, or family plan issue.

Facts:

  1. This Google account is a member of a Google AI Pro family plan.
  2. The payment profile country is United States.
  3. The Google Play country is United States.
  4. The billing address is in the United States.
  5. Another family member Google account can access Antigravity successfully on the same device and same network.
  6. I tested with VPN/proxy disabled.
  7. I also tested using Chrome / clean browser login, but the issue persists only for this specific account.

Expected behavior:
This account should be eligible to sign in to Antigravity because its payment country, Play country, billing address, and family plan status are all United States.

Actual behavior:
Antigravity blocks this specific account and says it is not available in my location.

Could someone please review this account’s Antigravity eligibility and country association status? It seems to have been incorrectly classified.

Thank you.
