Antigravity says “ineligible / not available in your location” despite US account and US connection

Hi team,

I can’t sign in to Antigravity with my Google account. I get this error:

“Sorry, this account is ineligible to use Antigravity. Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity, because it is not currently available in your location.”

Facts about the account:

  • The account’s Google Payments profile address is in the United States, and the country/region listed in the Google Account Terms of Service is the United States.

  • I use the free version of Gemini and have completed age verification on my Google account.

  • The error also appears when I connect from a US IP address, after fully restarting Antigravity and signing out and back in.

Another account of mine can use Antigravity fine from the same network, so this seems specific to this account.

Is something wrong with this account’s region association, or is there another issue affecting its Antigravity eligibility? Could someone check on the backend?

Thanks!

Hi @qq_q,

Please check the following account-specific items that can still keep an account flagged as location-ineligible:

  1. Check the Google Country Association Form & Secondary Payment Profiles:
    • Even when the Terms of Service page lists the United States, an account that was originally created in another region or recently updated can have a pending or out-of-sync internal country association (Geographical Availability). While signed into the affected account, open https://policies.google.com/country-association-form to check whether your country association is fully synced to the United States or if an update request is available.
    • In https://pay.google.com (Settings), check the profile selector at the top left to ensure there are no secondary or older payment profiles tied to another country on the same account.
  2. Revoke the Cached OAuth Grant & Re-Authenticate in an Incognito Window:
    • Signing out inside the app does not revoke the server-side OAuth grant, which can continue returning the initial location rejection token.
    • Visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions while signed into the affected account, select Google Antigravity, and remove/revoke access.
    • Copy the sign-in URL into an Incognito / Private browser window to sign back in so your default browser’s cached session cookies are bypassed (Authenticate).

If the account still shows the location eligibility message after revoking the OAuth grant, please reply letting us know:

  • Whether this is a personal @gmail.com account or a Google Workspace / organizational account.
  • Whether https://one.google.com/about/google-ai-plans/ loads normally as eligible when viewed from this account.
  • The approximate timestamp (with timezone) of your latest sign-in attempt.
