When I try to sign in, I get the error “Sorry, this account is ineligible to use Antigravity. Authentication failed.” My Gmail account is a personal one (not Workspace), and Gmail, the Gemini app, and the Gemini API all work normally — only Antigravity is blocked. My Google account’s associated region is Brazil, which is listed as a supported region. I have also tried signing in with a different Google account, but it fails the same way. The built-in “Provide Feedback” form does not work (the submit button does nothing), so I’m reporting this here. I’d like to understand the reason for the ineligibility and how to restore access.
Hi @Joao_Lins,
Antigravity requires users to be at least 18 years old. Access is automatically restricted if the date of birth on the associated Google Account is under 18 or if age verification has not been completed. Could you please double-check the date of birth within your Google Account settings and ensure any pending age verification steps are completed?
If your age verification is all set but you are still encountering this unexpected behavior, could you please share a few more details to help us investigate further?
-
What operating system are you running (e.g., Windows 11, macOS, Linux)?
-
Which specific version build of the application is installed?
-
Are you using a VPN, a proxy, or a corporate network or firewall?
Hello,
My age verification has already been completed, and my Google Account is set to an age over 18. However, I am still receiving the message that my account is not eligible to use Antigravity.
Here is the requested information:
-
Operating System: Windows 11
-
App Version: Latest version available
-
VPN/Proxy: I am not using a VPN, proxy, corporate network, or firewall that should affect access.
Could you please check if there is any restriction or issue associated with my account?
Thank you.
