I waited a full 7 days for my reset, just for nothing to reset. Admit it’s broken Google.
Despite all the complaints on Reddit and on the Google forums, I haven’t seen one Google reply saying that the new severe usage cuts are actually a bug, or something they’re trying to fix.
i’ve been trying to help where i can, i’m not google just a random mf but what worked for me after 9 days diagnosing this on windows is set default browser to one profile, one google account - the one you are using in antigravity.
thats the most boiled down version, its a bit different if you’re on mac because its in settings and account on the system and whatever - but yeah, my theory is its a security mismatch and a 7day security timer, not the “bucket usage” all the google experts claim it is, and it doesn’t have jack or jill to do with credits either. it might take some extra stuff too like those quota extensions i don’t trust for nothin i think they are doing microusage thats messing with the buckets too - and then theres like all the ridiculous hidden caches around userdata/ and appdata/ folders which may help but thats a different risk clearing depending on how important your current context and chat histories are! @___@
but, yeah. i’ve been helping people here and on reddit best i can since i have a pretty solid workaround, check it out maybe if you have time or want to review the progress on what this looks like from the peer support angle. if theres anything i can do to help like just answer questions or give more specific tailor made advice just hit me up - just out here typing it a new way every time so i can help as least as many as i can. theres no good reason for us to have to face this kind of problem but you don’t have to face it alone man
