[Antigravity] Paid Tier 1 not recognized: Persistent 429 Rate Limit errors on Project

Hello Google AI Developers Community,

I am experiencing a critical issue where the Antigravity AI extension fails to recognize my Paid Tier 1 status, despite a valid billing setup and API configuration.

[My Environment & Setup]

  • Account Tier: Confirmed as “Paid Tier 1” in Google AI Studio.

  • Configuration: API Key and Project ID are correctly set in settings.json.

  • Organization: I am using a Workspace account (@ivytech.kr).

[The Problem]

  1. Quota Error: I constantly receive the error message: “Model quota limit exceeded. You have reached the quota limit for Gemini 3 Pro (High).”

  2. Zero Usage: My Google AI Studio / GCP Dashboard shows 0 usage data, even when I attempt to prompt the AI. This suggests the extension is not routing requests through my paid API key.

  3. Workspace Admin Warning: The error dialog sometimes suggests I “Contact your Workspace admin,” even though I am the owner of the organization.

[Error Logs from Console (F12)]

  • Failed to update user status Error: LanguageServerClient must be initialized first!

  • Confirmed 429 rate limit error occurring.

  • TypeError: Unleash Repository error: [My_Name] is not a legal HTTP header value (Previously occurred but fixed by changing PC name to English).

[Steps Already Taken]

  • Reinstalled the Antigravity extension.

  • Cleared Local Storage, IndexedDB, and Code Cache.

  • Verified that the API key has no restrictions in the GCP Console.

  • Updated settings.json to use API version v1 and specified the exact model codes.

I have attached screenshots of my AI Studio Billing page showing the “Paid Tier 1” status and the Antigravity error dialog.

Could you please investigate why my paid tier is not being recognized by the extension? Is there a specific Workspace policy I need to enable for Antigravity to work with paid API keys?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Google AI team and community,I’m experiencing an issue with Google Antigravity where my active Google AI Pro subscription is not being recognized, resulting in the application applying free tier quota limits instead of the Pro plan’s higher rate limits (e.g., 5-hour resets). This started about 2 days ago (around January 22, 2026), and despite trying several troubleshooting steps, the problem persists.Details of the Issue:

  • However, when using models like Claude Opus 4.5, I get a “Model quota limit exceeded” error after minimal usage, with a resume time set days in the future (e.g., January 27, 2026, at 2:52:16 PM). The error message suggests upgrading to Ultra, but I already have Pro.

  • This seems like a subscription synchronization or entitlement error, as the quotas are resetting weekly (like free tier) instead of every 5 hours as promised for Pro subscribers.

  • The issue affects model execution, showing warnings like “Claude Opus 4.5 (Thinking)!” with a yellow alert icon
