Dear Google AI Support Team,
I am writing to report a critical bug with my Google AI Pro subscription in Antigravity 2.0 that is blocking my school project work.
MY ACCOUNT DETAILS:
• Email: p.....222@gmail.com
• Plan: Google AI Pro (via Reliance Jio ₹349 bundle plan)
• Subscription Status: Active (paid through Jio)
• Tool: Antigravity 2.0 (desktop application installed on computer)
• Default Model in Antigravity 2.0: Gemini AI 3.5 Flash (Medium)
THE PROBLEM:
I am experiencing the Jio-managed subscription quota sync bug in Antigravity 2.0. My account shows incorrect quota reset times.
Expected for Pro subscribers: 5-hour quota refresh cycle in Antigravity
Actual for my account: 36-hour to 7-day lockout after minimal usage
SPECIFIC TIMELINE OF WHAT HAPPENED IN ANTIGRAVITY 2.0 (
Day 1 - 29 May 2026:
• 4:30 PM: I started working in Antigravity 2.0 (desktop app on computer) on my Nexus OS school portal project (using default model: Gemini AI 3.5 Flash Medium)
• 7:30 PM: Antigravity 2.0 message appeared - “Baseline Cota finished, will resume at 9:37 PM” (2 hours wait)
• 9:45 PM: After 2 hours, I opened Antigravity 2.0 and started working again
• 9:50 PM (only 5 minutes later): Antigravity 2.0 message appeared again - “Baseline Cota finished, will resume 31 May 9:35 AM”
This is the problem:
- After just 5 minutes of work in Antigravity 2.0 following the 2-hour reset, I got a 36-HOUR lockout (until 31 May morning)
- Total usage in Antigravity 2.0 on Day 1: Only about 3 hours of work (4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, then 5 minutes at 9:45 PM)
- Lockout received in Antigravity 2.0: 36 hours (31 May 9:35 AM)
Day 2 - I have another Antigravity 2.0 account (secondary via Jio):
• Used for only 10 minutes in Antigravity 2.0
• After hitting quota, Antigravity 2.0 shows reset: 5 June 2026 at 10:15 AM (7 DAYS!)
• This is completely wrong for a paid Pro subscriber
WHAT I’VE TRIED:
- Contacted Jio Customer Care → They said “Contact Google, Google manages quota”
- This is a known bug affecting Jio AI Pro users in Antigravity 2.0 (AI Credits Not Resetting - Jio-Managed Plan)
THE IMPACT:
I am building a Nexus OS school portal project using Antigravity 2.0 desktop application. This is a large, important educational project for my school. The Antigravity 2.0 quota lockouts are preventing me from completing my work. I cannot afford to wait 36 hours after using only 3 hours in Antigravity 2.0, and 7 days after using only 10 minutes.
WHAT I NEED FROM GOOGLE:
- Verify my AI Pro subscription is properly synced with Google servers for Antigravity 2.0
- Check if Jio’s subscription confirmation is being received by Google for Antigravity 2.0
- Manually reset my Antigravity 2.0 baseline quota (Cota) for both accounts
- Fix the Jio-managed subscription sync issue for my Antigravity 2.0 account
- If you cannot fix it, please escalate to engineering team (this is a systemic Antigravity 2.0 bug)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- I am a paid user through Jio partner program
- Both accounts are linked to my Google account and used in Antigravity 2.0 desktop app
- The bug matches reports from other Jio users on Google AI Developers Forum about Antigravity

SPECIAL REQUEST:
I understand quotas are automated, but I am humbly requesting your goodwill assistance. Since I am using Antigravity 2.0 for an important school project (Nexus OS school portal), if possible, please consider increasing my Antigravity 2.0 Cota/quota temporarily so I can complete my project without these 36-hour and 7-day lockouts. This would mean a lot to me and help me finish my educational work.
I respectfully request urgent assistance. This is blocking my education and school project completion.
Thank you so much for your time and understanding.
Sincerely,
Ridip Patowary
