  • Model Availability & Allowlisting: The gemini-3.1-flash-tts-preview model is available in public preview for the Gemini Developer API and does not require a manual allowlist request. You can verify available models and specifications in the Gemini API Models documentation.
  • Billing Account Link Verification: The rate limits page on AIS has a slight delay and should show the RPD exhaustion a few minutes later than the actual error starts coming in the API.
