Hi, I’m looking to get allowlist access for Gemini TTS audio output on Vertex AI.

Use case: I’m building a video generation app that converts social media
screenshots into narrated short-form videos. I’m currently using Chirp3-HD
voices via Cloud Text-to-Speech, and I’m looking to upgrade to Gemini TTS
(gemini-2.5-flash-tts) for its natural-language style prompting, to get
more expressive, emotion-driven narration than Chirp3-HD’s SSML tag
limitations currently allow.

When I attempt to call gemini-2.5-flash-tts for audio output, I get:
“You are not allowlisted to request audio output.”

Could someone please review and grant access for this project? Happy to
provide any additional details needed.
