I am requesting a daily quota increase (or manual allowlist override) for the model “gemini-3.1-flash-tts-preview” on my project.

Current limit observed: about 100 requests/day (RPD). We hit “RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED / quota”.
Requested limit: at least 10,000 requests/day (and a higher RPM if possible).
Use case:
We run “Hmong X”, a production AI platform serving the Hmong community. One core feature reads written Hmong text aloud (text-to-speech). This matters for accessibility: many Hmong speakers cannot read the written (RPA) script, so the read-aloud feature lets them use the app by listening. gemini-3.1-flash-tts-preview is currently the only model that pronounces Hmong (a low-resource language) acceptably, which is why we depend on it.
Why we need a higher limit:
The app is already live with real users and growing. The 100/day cap makes the read-aloud feature go dark for most of each day, which blocks a feature our users rely on. We are on a paid billing plan and are happy to pay standard per-use rates.
We would greatly appreciate either a quota increase or being added to an allowlist with higher limits for this model. Thank you for supporting a low-resource language and an under-served community.
