Aistudio (gemini 3 pro) not applying the changes on Previe

Hi,

In AI Studio (Gemini 3 Pro) the assistant says “Here is what I updated”, but no code changes are applied and the preview never refreshes or updates.
Gemini generates code in the chat response, but AI Studio does not update any files or re-render the preview.

Tested across multiple apps, new projects, devices, incognito, and after clearing cache — same behavior.
I also don’t have a Reset Conversation button in my UI.

Is this a known issue or is there a way to reset the project context?

Could you please share exact prompt you were using for code update along with a screenshot to assist you further?

Resetyou can try to press the small arrow in the upper right side of the chat section “Reset the conversation” then try to write your prompt again .. I think you will see updates to your files again ..

Google has acknowledged the issue and expects to fix it this week. In the meantime, a temporary solution is to reset the conversation using the Reset button.
