AI Studio Build Mode repeatedly shows:
“Quota exceeded. Please try again later.”
My Gemini API Usage shows only 1 API request with 100% success rate, so my normal API quota does not appear exhausted.
The Build Agent cannot execute new changes, and the Restore option is disabled.
