Service disruption regarding the Google Antigravity IDE

Dear Google Support Team,

I am writing to report a critical service disruption regarding the Google Antigravity IDE that has persisted for over 9 hours today, April 15, 2026.

As a subscriber on the AI Pro tier, I am currently unable to utilize the environment due to consistent 503 Service Unavailable errors and MODEL_CAPACITY_EXHAUSTED messages. More concerning is an apparent sync bug: the agent terminates immediately upon initialization, and my daily quota is being depleted despite receiving no successful model responses.

Impact Details:

  • Error Codes: 503, Agent Termination Loop

  • Subscription Tier: AI Pro

  • Location: Visakhapatnam, India (IST)

This outage is causing a complete standstill for my technical operations and development across several business ventures. Given the “Always On” promise of the Pro/Ultra tiers, this level of instability without an official ETA or status update is highly disruptive.

Please provide an update on the following:

  1. When is the expected recovery for the Gemini infrastructure in the IST region?

  2. Will there be a restoration or credit of the daily “Thinking” and “Pro” quotas lost during this outage?

I look forward to your immediate response and a swift resolution.

I am subscribed to Ultra plan and have the exact same problem.

Google has silently decreased the usage limits even on Ultra accounts and now just a few weeks later cant even keep the service up.

From a user point of view this is a very disturbing and frustrating issue because the google seems to be giving false promises to us.

Everything went sideways when they changed the token calculation system

The product Antigravity is an awesome product and I love using it when it works! But the service and usage we are getting even though we were promised high limits and always up service, did not meet our expectations and I really hope google does something to compensate this, otherwise there will be a shift from antigravity to other providers very soon including myself. this is my personal opinion.

The lack of notice from Google about this incident is very concerning.
