Account stuck on Weekly Baseline despite active Premium Subscription (Entitlement Desync)

Hi team, My Antigravity IDE is failing to recognize my active premium subscription for the Gemini 3.1 Pro models. As shown in my UI, Gemini 3 Flash correctly shows a 5-hour refresh cycle, but both Gemini 3.1 Pro (High and Low) are stuck on a “Refreshes in 6 days, 16 hours” cycle (Free Tier Weekly Baseline limit), capping my quota at around 60% despite no recent usage. I have already performed extensive local troubleshooting: I cleared the globalStorage DB, purged OS Credentials, and forced a fresh OAuth login. The IDE successfully re-authenticated, but your backend is still serving me the Free Tier quota restrictions for the Pro models. I am attaching the logs showing the initial state syncing error: key not found OAuth crash that likely triggered this incorrect fallback. Could you please manually force an entitlement sync on my account to restore my correct Pro quota tier? Thank you.
