Description: My quota refresh suddenly jumped from the advertised 5-hour cycle to a 3 days and 2 hours lockout. I have a confirmed active Pro subscription, but the IDE appears to be enforcing a Free-tier weekly baseline limit.
Steps Taken:
Verified subscription status (Active).
Logged out and back in (No change).
The lockout persists despite minimal usage today.
Request: Please investigate the “Metadata Entitlement Sync” for my account and restore the 5-hour rolling refresh.
