Baseline Quota" Lockout – Ref: AG-859

Issue Details:

  • Account Tier: Google AI Pro (Verified via Jio 2TB/Gemini Advanced offer).

  • Problem: IDE incorrectly enforces a 168-hour (7-day) “Baseline Quota” lockout on Gemini 3.1 Pro models.

  • Symptoms: Only Gemini 3 Flash is usable; Pro models (Low/High) return “Quota Reached” or “Failed to Send” errors immediately.

  • Verification: My account correctly displays the “PRO” badge and works on gemini.google.com, but the IDE fails to sync this entitlement.

Troubleshooting Done:

  • Revoked/Re-authorized OAuth permissions.

  • Cleared local %APPDATA% / Library cache.

  • Clean reinstall of Antigravity.

  • Verified status on web.

Request: Please perform a manual server-side entitlement sync for my UID to restore the standard 5-hour Pro refresh cycle.
