I am a student user. I accidentally linked my card and set up a Google Cloud billing account for my project, which automatically switched my account type. Realizing my mistake, I have since successfully closed the billing account, and my project (gen-lang-client-08752548..) now correctly states “This project has no billing account.”
However, my API requests are completely blocked. My Agent Development Kit console keeps throwing a 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error because my free tier quota limits were overridden and set to limit: 0 for generativelanguage.googleapis.com/generate_content_free_tier_requests.
Could an admin please reset the free tier quota limits for my account back to the normal personal user defaults? Thank you!
