7-day refresh on brand new subscription with 0% usage

Hello everyone,

I am reporting a critical issue with the Antigravity quota system that is effectively preventing me from using the paid service I just subscribed to.

Context: I started my Google One subscription on March 9th (only 2 days ago). My “AI Credit Activity” dashboard shows “No recent activity” for both myself and my family group, and I have my full 1,000 monthly credits intact.

The Problem: Despite having 100% availability and zero usage, the model quota dashboard is showing a refresh timer of 6 days and 23 hours for almost all high-tier models (Gemini 3.1 Pro, Claude 4.6, GPT-OSS).

Why this is unacceptable:

  1. Service Loss: A 7-day cooldown on a 30-day subscription means I am losing 25% of the month’s service right at the start, without having even touched the models.

  2. Logic Failure: The system shows I have full capacity available, yet it’s forcing a “refresh” wait time that usually only applies if the quota is exhausted.

  3. Inconsistency: This is a brand-new subscription cycle. There is no usage history that could justify an extended cooldown.

I have attached two screenshots: one showing the 100% available quota with the 7-day timer, and another showing my empty activity log and the subscription start date.

This appears to be a major backend synchronization error. I would appreciate it if the technical team could investigate my account status, as I am currently unable to use the service I am paying for.

Hello,

To provide you with greater control and a seamless path to scale, we are evolving our Google AI plans by introducing built-in AI credits that can now be utilized directly within Antigravity.

Under this updated structure, our Google AI Pro tier is tailored for practical builders, offering generous limits for Gemini Flash alongside a baseline quota to experience our most advanced premium models. For developers operating at the highest scale who require consistent, high-volume access to our most complex models, Google AI Ultra serves as the ideal comprehensive solution.
Furthermore, we’ve designed these plans with maximum flexibility in mind; if you are on the Pro plan and require additional capacity or deeper premium access for intensive development sprints, you can seamlessly top up your AI credits to customize your limits and continue shipping your best work without interruption.

Adding my case to this thread — active Google AI Pro subscriber, same 7-day cooldown bug

Account: Google AI Pro (5 TB via Google One) — renewal June 3, 2026
Symptom (as of April 5, 2026): Gemini Pro quota reset switched from ~5h to 7 days, while Gemini Flash works normally (100%, reset in ~4h). AI Credit Activity dashboard still shows credits available.

I opened a support ticket with Google One (case #4-3818000040533). After several exchanges, the support team’s final answer was essentially: “this is how the system works and we cannot change it” — and redirected me to the feedback form.

So the bug is acknowledged but not being fixed at support level. Hoping this thread gains enough visibility to get an engineering-level fix.
