429 Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota) for Paid Gemini Flash

I just upgraded to Pay as You Go, the console is showing a Paid API key, but when I run more than 2 RPM for Gemini Flash I get a 429 Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota).

When logging into the Cloud console I don’t see any quota usage for any of the resources.

Any tips here on how to get close to the stated rate limits for the paid Gemini plans? For example for Flash I see a 1000 RPM and 2M TPM and I’m nowhere close to that.

Welcome to the forum. Call sales. They have never received a payment from the account so far, which means they are not confident they will receive any money when the bill is issued. The quotas will grow by themselves as your payments are received, and since you are posting about it, you probably can not wait for this gradual growth. So: call sales.

There continues to be a bug where the quota is not being reported back to you.
