I have submitted ticket and chatted with support multiple times concerning this error, has anyone successfully fixed this issue? Process stuck here:
Your Google Cloud billing account is being processed. Processing time varies from a few moments to a few weeks.
I would love to use one of the model and test another but am unable to.
