Hello, I’m not sure whether to pile onto an existing thread or create a new one. I was developing an app to split stuff with groups, exported it to ai studio, but when i wanted to come back to it on the weekend I was greeted to this screen :confused: My age is over 21, so I don’t think thats an issue, is it possible for me to at least export my work? Really frustrating to have the generated frames trapped behind this screen :smiling_face_with_tear:

(tried in a guest window to see if browsers were a problem, and still saw this)

Hi Samamam, my best guess is that you’re seeing a geolocation glitch.

  • Have you tried switching to a hotspot wifi? (this would get you a new IP address).
  • If you recently started using / stopped using / changed the location on your VPN, could you try switching back?
