I finished my quotas —- tells me to wait 7 days, no 5 refresh —- waits 7 days —– opens the app, it got extended by another 7 days without me even opening the app.

I am so sorry but it seems that the issue is not ultra or pro, je issue is your quota counter, sync, and refresh. everyone is complaining about it. listen to your paying customers, we are not tripping.
Do not use some denial. Acknowledge the issue, and give us hope that you are actually and currently trying to fix it.
