Location: Canada (so this is not an EEA/UK geo-blocking issue)

Usage: As you can see in the attached screenshot, I have made less than 20 total API requests today, and only 3
requests specifically to this model. I am nowhere near the 500 RPD or 10 RPM limits.
It appears my account or project is being incorrectly throttled. Could someone from the team take a look and remove the block?
