Why hasn’t my quota refreshed after 7 days?

I haven’t used the Claude model for more than a week, but my quota is still zero. Is this a bug? I’m a paid Pro subscriber.

Same happened to me, also gemini pro remaining quota disappeared and changed to a week cooldown.

I cant find no answers anywhere and im locked out of work

yes bro there’s no clear/satisfying answer to this bug/issue right now. this topic is getting created more & more times here but not getting any clear solution from Google Employees…
