Veo 2 quota not refreshing after 24h

Hello,
The interface shows 0/10 generations, but the daily quota is not refreshing even after 24h.
I also tried with another Gmail account, same issue.
Please confirm if this is a bug or if the quota reset is delayed for some regions.

Well after resent upgrades and return of 9:16 resolution option many user are experiencing same quota issues, therefore no official confirmation about it is available yet either it’s temporary issue or only 10 generation for one time is available like we see details in flow about credits, therefore google ai studio is testing and experimental platform for ai based apps or media content. Therefore let’s see for further updates and upgrades from Veo-2

Apparently, they changed it to a one-time quota, which is mentioned in another thread. While I can somewhat understand, it is still disappointing to see Google step back for free-tier users. But, hey, veo3 on Gemini Pro supports 9:16 ratio when?

It resets for your most frequently used accounts per day but not for your backup Gmail accounts that you never use (or only use for these purposes). Google knows the difference and is not going to allow 100 free generations a day with 10 different accounts or more.
