URL context and Grounding with Google Search will reset each session if both are toggled on

If I toggle on both the URL context and Grounding tools, save the prompt, exit the chat, and come back to it, both will be off again. But if I enable just Grounding, it will persist without an issue. Has anyone else run into this since URL context was added?
