Urgent : Issue with Rate Limit independent of RPD in Tier 3

I am currently using a payment Tier 3 account.

However, the rate limit continues to be applied only to 3 models recently.

The rate limit is taken on 3 flash, 3 pro models, and it has not been used for more than 6 hours.

The dashboard has only been used about 3 times in the last 6 hours.

However, the rate limit continues to occur, causing inconvenience.

Does anyone else have similar issues with this, or experience solving it?

Hi @jeonghwan Are you trying to view rate limits for all models? If yes, toggle the “All models” button on top right of the Rate Limit page to view this.
