Urgent: Google Cloud project suspended after a failed AI Studio → Antigravity export, disrupting paying users

Hello Google AI Studio and Antigravity teams,

I need assistance investigating the suspension of the Google Cloud project supporting Arutala Space, my educational application. The suspension occurred after an unsuccessful attempt to export the application from AI Studio to Antigravity, and it is now disrupting access for paying users.

Timeline

  1. Before the incident: I had been developing Arutala Space in Google AI Studio and had published it using Google Cloud. The application already had registered users and paid purchases.

  2. On October 1, 2026: I attempted to export the application from Google AI Studio to Antigravity to continue development.

  3. The export failed: I could not complete the export or successfully use the exported application in Antigravity.

  4. After the failed attempt: I received a notification that my Google Cloud project had been suspended. The notice described activity consistent with suspected hijacking and suggested that service account credentials or API keys might have been exposed and used by a third party.

  5. At approximately 18:53 WITA (UTC+8): I captured a screenshot of the suspension and appeal page. This is the time of my screenshot, not a confirmed timestamp of when the suspension began.

  6. Current impact: Users cannot access the application normally. Their paid access periods are being affected, and I have had to notify customers about the disruption and arrange compensation through extensions of their access periods.

What needs clarification

The failed export happened before the suspension, but I do not have evidence that Antigravity caused it. I am asking your team to investigate whether the export workflow was related to the detected activity or whether a separate security incident occurred.

I did not knowingly authorize abusive activity or third-party use of my project. I take the credential-exposure warning seriously, but the notice does not identify the specific credentials, resources, or activity timestamps needed to understand the incident.

Requested assistance

  • Review the failed AI Studio → Antigravity export and any associated errors.
  • Investigate whether the suspension was related to that workflow or a separate compromise.
  • Provide details of the flagged activity through a private support channel, including affected resources, credentials, and timestamps.
  • Explain the remediation steps required and how to perform them if suspension restricts access.
  • Direct me to the team responsible for reviewing the appeal and restoring the project safely.
  • Clarify whether any unauthorized resource usage or charges occurred.

This is a live application serving paying customers. I understand the importance of security enforcement, but I urgently need an actionable explanation and a clear recovery path.

I can provide the project ID, application URL, screenshots, and additional details privately.

Thank you for your assistance.
