Issue Description: I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a critical data loss in Google AI Studio. I spent several hours working on a project in a temporary session that resulted in a “Page Not Found” error without user intervention.
Active Work Time: Approx. 11:00 AM to 1:19 PM (IST)
Browser/OS: Microsoft Edge on Windows.
The Incident: I was actively coding in the session mentioned above. The output was substantial and highly specific. At around 1:19 PM, I locked my system (I did not close the tab or browser). Upon returning and unlocking the system, the page had refreshed itself and displayed a “Page Not Found” error. The session data appears to be wiped.
Request: Please check the server-side logs for my account activity between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM IST. Since the session URL was generic (temp/1), I am unable to recover it via history. I am hoping the generation requests are still logged in the backend.
This work is critical and I cannot easily recreate the specific output logic that was generated. Any assistance in retrieving the last state of the prompt or code would be appreciated. I’ll be honest i am really desperate and need that. after months on working on this project i finally found a way to such beautifully get the output, so please i request do any thing something please to help me get it back.
Best of luck friend… I had the same issue, but with a non-temporary session. I’d been locked out of my project after working on it for 5 months, with over 1000 hours of progress just ‘gone’
Fortunately I’d made some backups… but Google has been no use in recovering my locked studio project
i have used many tools and been working for this over months because i wasnt getting that perfect satifaction in the output. i finally tried this and got the best output, got so hyped and in flow didnt realise anything, even saving. and that just resulted in this loss. I have been trying so hard to make it all again. but everything is so bad now that it is worst than any.
