Urgent: Data Deletion & Opt-out Request Ignored (Missing Privacy Settings)

To the Antigravity Team,

I am posting here because I have not received a response to my formal data privacy request sent to antigravity-support@google.com on February 1, 2026 (5 days ago). I have only received automated replies.

The Google Antigravity Additional Terms of Service state that users can navigate to settings to change their preference if they do not want their “Interactions” (source code, prompts) used for machine learning training. However, the current version of the application does not have this option. The only available toggle is “Enable Telemetry,” which is technically distinct from “Interaction Data” used for AI model training. This makes it impossible for users to exercise the opt-out rights mentioned in your own TOS.

I strictly do not consent to my source code, prompts, or output data being used for Google’s machine learning training or product improvement. I am requesting an immediate opt-out for my account and the deletion of all previously collected interaction data in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Please verify this request and confirm when the data deletion and opt-out have been processed. Silence on data privacy requests regarding source code is a critical concern for developers using this tool.

Awaiting your urgent response.

Hello @Allen2030, welcome to AI Forum!

Thank you for raising these concerns. We take user privacy and data management very seriously, and I would like to clarify the expected behavior of the privacy controls within Antigravity.
The primary mechanism for managing usage data collection is the “Enable telemetry” setting. When this option is disabled, it stops the collection of interactions data and diagnostic information used to improve the service.

You can find information on how to manage these preferences under the “Data Collection Settings” section of our documentation here: https://antigravity.google/docs/settings

Under the link you provided, it says:

The “Enable Telemetry” setting can be found in the Settings panel under the “Account” section. When toggled on, Antigravity collects interactions for use in evaluating, developing, and improving Antigravity and models that support Antigravity.

This does however not say, that by turning “Enable Telemetry” off, Antigravity does not use my prompts and code anymore for training the models.
It is legally a different statement to say, turning it on will use the data than saying turning it off will stop using the data for training. Google needs to be clear to its paying users, how they can turn model training off. Otherwise, Antigravity is a no-go for people working on code they aren’t allowed to give to Google for model training.

Please clarify this!
