Issue: Tier Misalignment / Baseline Quota Lockout Account Tier: Google AI Pro (2 TB) - Paid/Trial ActiveLocation: Thailand

Bug Description: My account is correctly identified as “Pro” in Gemini and Flow (showing 1,000 credits), but Producer AI and Google Vids are not recognizing my subscription. I am stuck on the Free Tier and cannot access Pro features.

Support mentioned a “wait of several weeks,” but I am a paying 2 TB subscriber. This appears to be the AG-859 Entitlement Sync Bug reported by other Pro users this month.

Troubleshooting already taken:

  • Age verification completed and confirmed.

  • Hard refresh, cache clearing, and Incognito mode (Safari) attempted.

  • Revoked and re-authorized app permissions.

  • Successfully spent 40 credits in Flow, but Producer AI remains locked.

Requested Action:

  1. Please manually refresh my Account Entitlement Flags to sync Producer AI with my 2 TB Pro plan.

  2. Please refund the 40 credits spent while troubleshooting this system error.
