[URGENT] Account Locked by Error 253 - Requesting Manual Quota Reset

I am currently experiencing an issue where my account has been locked with the following error message: “The number of requests sent exceeds the quota limit. Error code 253.”

I am confident that I have not actually exceeded my usage limits, and based on discussions in the community, it seems this might be a quota synchronization bug. This issue is currently blocking my workflow and projects.

Could a moderator please assist me in manually resetting my quota or investigating my account to resolve this lock?

Temporary Workarounds

  • Generate a New API Key: If the platform allows it, create a new key under the same account.

  • Cool-Down Period: Wait 1 to 2 hours, as synchronization bugs often resolve themselves when the server refreshes.

  • Use an Alternative Account: Switch to a backup account temporarily to unblock your current workflow.

Just to clarify, I am encountering this “Error code 253” while using the Google Labs website directly, not through an external app with an API Key. Therefore, I cannot generate a new key to bypass this.

Since I am a paid Pro subscriber on this account, could you please look into my account backend or escalate this to the technical team to see why my web access on Google Labs is being blocked by this quota error?
