[unknown] Failed to fetch

I keep getting this error ‘[unknown] Failed to fetch’ error since last night. If I reinstall it will work for a few prompts then its back to it again. I have looked online but the only solution I have found is what I’ve done already a few times but it comes back after a few prompts.

Still no fix for this? Still happening to me

It comes and goes for me still. I can restart antigravity and it’ll work for a min or two then fails. But after a day it’s back to normal for awhile.

To help us better assist you and investigate this, could you please provide a few more details about the task you are trying to accomplish with the agent? It would be incredibly helpful if you could share:

  • The debug info of the error
  • The specific model you are using
  • Any sample prompts or test inputs
  • Any other specific steps needed to reproduce the unexpected behavior

“[unknown] Failed to fetch” is the error, followed by “User cancelled agent execution.” only I didn’t. I had this problem a few weeks ago, but a restarting the Antigravity IDE fixed it.

However, today, it has happened 5 times. Restarting resets it.

There is a tiny circle icon that says “Retry”. However, it never manages to fix anything.

IMHO, there is a backend problem (maybe LLM busy?), followed by a “retry” problem as it doesn’t fix it.
