Hi everyone,
I’m currently located in the United States, and my Google account/Gmail address is also registered in the US. I’m over 25 years old, so I should meet the age requirement.
However, when I try to upgrade to the Google AI Premium Plan (Gemini Pro), I receive the following message:
“This account isn’t eligible for Google AI plan.
Google AI plan isn’t available in some countries or for people under a certain age.”
I’m confused because:

I am physically in the US

My Google account region is the US
-
I am older than 25
-
My payment profile is also set to the US
Is there any reason why my account still shows as ineligible?
How can I fix this?
