Hello Google Antigravity team,
I am unable to sign in to Google Antigravity. When I try to log in, I receive this error message:
“Sorry, this account is ineligible to use Antigravity. Authentication failed.”
I have already completed the Google age verification process with my Google account, but the issue still remains.
My account is a personal Google account, not a school or company Workspace account.
Could you please help me check why my account is considered ineligible? I would like to know whether this is related to age verification, regional availability, account status, Google One / AI plan eligibility, or another restriction.
Environment:
- OS: macOS
- Product: Google Antigravity
- Account type: Personal Google account
- Error: “Sorry, this account is ineligible to use Antigravity. Authentication failed.”
