Unable to see Tier 2 upgrade button despite meeting requirements

Hello, I am currently on Tier 1 and would like to upgrade to Tier 2. - Project ID: gen-lang-client-0989368390 - Total spending: Over $400 (₩536,923) - First payment: April 2024 (more than 30 days ago) I meet all the requirements but cannot see the “Upgrade” button on the API keys page. Could you please help me upgrade to Tier 2? Thank you.
