I am on ultra plan and:
Gemini 3.1 models for coding are mostly useless.
Claude quotas are also now totally useless with over 10 hours to wait for 5 prompts to be executed.
Unless something revolutionary happens with Gemini 4 with coding abilities, no devs will stay on Ultra or any other of their plans.
