Hi,
I’d like to clarify whether using OpenBot (GitHub - nightly-labs/openbot: A local-first desktop workspace for persistent AI teammates. Run Codex, Claude, and Grok with dedicated workspaces, task queues, file sharing, browser control, and agent-to-agent collaboration. · GitHub) with my personal Google AI Pro subscription is permitted under the Antigravity Terms of Service.
On the implementation side, OpenBot works the same way as described for T3 Code: it downloads Google’s official `antigravity-acp` server from the ACP Registry and launches the unmodified binary, communicates with it over standard ACP (JSON-RPC), and signs in through the server’s native Google OAuth flow (`oauth-personal`). It does not extract, reuse, or proxy OAuth tokens, and it does not wrap or drive the Antigravity desktop app or CLI externally.
I understand from the previous clarification regarding T3 Code that using the unmodified official ACP server for single-user interactive development is permitted.
My intended use is also single-user and interactive only: I would chat with the agent to create documents and materials, and use interactive features such as Computer Use and browser operation while I am present. I do not intend to use background agents, task queues, scheduled tasks, or unattended or remote execution.
Could you confirm whether OpenBot is treated the same way in this case?
Specifically:
1. Is using OpenBot with personal OAuth authentication permitted for individual, interactive use as described above?
2. Does interactive Computer Use and browser operation through OpenBot fall within the same scope, or is it treated differently from interactive coding?
3. Are there any additional restrictions compared with using Antigravity directly?
I’d appreciate clarification so I can use the service without unintentionally violating the terms.
Thank you!
