Today I was running the start of a new multi-agent flow that spawns additional agents inside the same workspace. But the newly spawned agent started working in what appeared to be the correct, fresh folder but the path was actually for a totally separate workspace. The agent working in that workspace already was still on its own task but when it started to test via preview in local it could not connect, prompting me to open that workspaces editor which I then realized, was the same as the newly spawned agents workspace but they displayed as if they were two unconnected workspaces form the manager. The file structure did not have any of my existing code or files but the path showed my separate, incorrect path with the new agent workspace in it. I terminated all the agents and closed all my folders and workspaces.. when I restarted and opened the path, the agents were in correct folders.
