Title: Google Flow account region set to San Jose CA, suddenly region unavailable since last week; generated images can’t download in 2K resolution

Hi everyone,

I’m having two issues on Google Flow starting last week. Everything worked fine before.

Account info: My Google account region is set to San Jose, California, USA. I’m connected to US IP.

Problem 1: Region restriction warning. When opening Flow, it shows the service is unavailable in your region, even though my account region and IP are both US. No changes to account settings before the error appeared.

Problem 2: 2K image download failure. Sometimes I can enter the tool and generate images with preview visible. But 2K upscale images fail to download after generation. Regular resolution images download normally.

What I’ve tried:

  • Multiple US servers
  • Incognito mode, cleared cache & cookies, disabled extensions
  • Tested on Chrome and Edge
  • Re-login, double-checked account region still San Jose CA

Seems to be an account-side backend restriction instead of simple browser or IP problem. Anyone facing the same region false block and 2K download issue? Any support ticket link or troubleshooting tips will be appreciated.
