The Truth Google Is Trying to Conceal—They Are, In Fact, “Soft-Locking” Ultra Accounts

I recently encountered an issue within the AntiGravity IDE where the Claude models associated with my Ultra account were completely unusable, consistently throwing errors indicating high server traffic. My standard Pro account, however, continued to function normally.

Acting on advice from other users, I logged into my Ultra account via the Gemini CLI; the resulting output revealed a 403 error with the status code "status":"PERMISSION_DENIED".

In an effort to conceal their practice of banning high-usage users, Google has implemented a “soft-lock” mechanism designed specifically to prevent users from detecting the restriction.

Yes, I’m pretty sure it’s because of this that there are so many retry

the antigravity team is punishing the paid users over the fact that they cant fix and most likely dont know how to develop agents,.

This is a c… to paid users!

People only retry if they show retry button, and not do actual work.

Sonnet seems to work most of the time. Opus has become unusable, and that’s the model I’m paying for. I’ve already submitted my cancellation for the next billing cycle. I’m usually very patient and understanding with these sorts of things, but the fact that it’s only Opus experiencing the majority of the problems is suspect.
