Both Claude Opus 4.6 and Gemini 3.1 Pro (and the others) are CONSTANTLY doing numerous “magnifying-glass-search” calls that return 0 results (falsely, for whatever reason), often followed by call to Powershell Get-Content that NEVER has the correct syntax, usually followed finally by a findstr that ACTUALLY finds the search terms that always did in fact exist in the file.
