Hi Google AI Studio Support Team,
I am writing to report a persistent technical issue with the “Preview” feature in Google AI Studio.
The current session has been in a “Working” state for over 4,700 seconds (approximately 79 minutes). The preview of the application has failed to load or render. The Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview model is in use.

Observed Behavior: The system appears to be in an infinite loop. A “Step failed” message has appeared in the history, yet the process continues to run without producing a visual preview.
A screenshot of the workspace shows the timer and the current state. This is included for reference. Please investigate why the project is hanging. Also, please determine if there is a known issue with the preview rendering for this model.
