Subject: Critical Bug: Project Preview Fails to Load on Redmi 13C 5G (Chrome & Chrome Beta)
Dear Google AI Studio Team,
I am writing to report a critical issue where the Preview panel for any project in Google AI Studio is failing to load (stuck on a continuous loading spinner) across multiple browsers on my mobile device.
Details of the Issue:
Problem: The right-hand side Preview panel fails to display the app/model output in both standard Chrome and Chrome Beta.
Scope: This is affecting ALL my projects, including a small, brand new project created on a completely separate, clean Google account.
Device Used: Xiaomi Redmi 13C 5G
Browser: Tested on both Google Chrome (Standard) and Google Chrome Beta.
Viewing Mode: Confirmed that the issue persists even when using the browser in “Desktop Site” mode.
Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:
I have exhausted all standard troubleshooting steps:
Browser Cleaning: History, cache, and cookies were fully deleted on both browsers.
Browser Reinstallation: Uninstalled, re-downloaded, and updated the browsers.
Account Change: Tested the issue with a different, clean Google account.
Connectivity: Confirmed the internet connection is stable and fast.
Given that the issue remains consistent across multiple browsers, different Google accounts, and even small projects, I strongly believe this is a compatibility bug with the AI Studio web interface specifically affecting the Redmi 13C 5G or similar mobile configurations.
Please investigate this as a high-priority bug, as I am currently unable to test or debug any projects on my device.
