Systemic Model Quota Failure and Breach of Service Agreement [BUG] Antigravity Pro Plans Cota

I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding a critical bug in the model quota system (Gemini 3.1 Pro, Claude 4.5, and Opus) within the Antigravity platform.

As evidenced by the attached documentation, quota refresh times for Pro users have been erroneously set to intervals exceeding 140 hours (nearly 6 days). This failure is not merely a “technical inconvenience”; it is a direct breach of the terms of service and the promise of priority availability for which I am being billed.

Points of Notice:

  1. Service Interruption: Imposing a 6-day wait time for high-performance models renders the tool useless for professional purposes, constituting a failure to deliver the contracted service.

  2. Asymmetric Financial Impact: While the user loses productivity and access to paid features, the company saves billions in operational and compute costs (GPU/TPU) by keeping thousands of accounts in operational limbo, with no automatic compensation or proportional credit provided.

  3. Lack of Remediation: Generic support responses do not address the immediate damages. I demand the immediate restoration of standard refresh windows or a proportional refund for the period of forced inactivity.

I expect a formal legal response regarding the direct compensation for this service outage.

Sincerely,

exactly right. this is a ridiculous change and worth cancelling my sub if this stays in place.

Same here, I just attempted to use the tool after waiting for a refresh, and after one single prompt, I received a notification that my baseline quota has been reached. According to my dashboard, I am now expected to wait another 6 days and 13 hours for a refresh.

A tool with a 6-day cooldown is not a professional AI assistant; it is a broken product.
