403 PERMISSION_DENIED
“Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.”

Project ID: personal-ai-agent-5059..

Checks completed:

• Generative Language API enabled
• API key valid
• GET /v1beta/models returns 200
• generateContent returns 403
• Small personal AI assistant project
• Low usage

Please help review whether this project has an access restriction.

If verifying your account does not restore access (or if using a model requiring a paid tier), then as Mahesh suggested, you might want to add prepayment credits directly in Google AI Studio or attach a Google Cloud Billing account in the Google Cloud Console.
